New Mansion is the perfect beach villa for a family vacation. The location right on Paynes Bay Beach is just amazing and the ideal spot for swimming and water sports. The villa is spacious and has many beautiful seating areas to enjoy the views, particularly from the terrace off the Master Bedroom. The pool and terrace area is great for dining and relaxing. A villa you will want to return to year after year.

Welcome to New Mansion, an exquisite 4 bedroom luxury beach front villa rental located directly on Paynes Bay Beach in Barbados.
The Villa has the ideal location offering guests stunning sea views, crystal clear waters perfect for swimming and a fabulous private swimming pool.
This luxury Barbados Villa is situated in Paynes Bay, In the heart of the Parish of St James, where you will find the most picturesque and popular beaches on the island. Paynes Bay beach is a beautiful stretch of beach and is very popular with snorkelers and fishing enthusiasts. Enjoy excellent swimming here, perfect conditions for sun bathing and a chance to partake of the local sea food with their community fish market.
With the beach on your doorstep and a dive site just metres away from the villa, spectacular coral reefs provide ideal conditions for snorkeling and scuba diving. After breakfast why not put on your flippers and mask and explore the tropical waters. You could even find yourself swimming with a family of large turtles, who seem to have taken up residence there.
Privately owned and managed with a personal touch this superb luxury villa in Barbados offers you holiday living at its finest. For those who prefer the privacy of their own pool, the owners have completed the gardens with the addition of a sparkling moat-like swimming pool, providing a haven of peace and tranquility.
The accommodation at Villa New Mansion in Barbados comprises four air conditioned bedrooms with all with en-suite bathrooms, and include a large master bedroom with an adjoining kitchenette. A lovely terrace leads out from the master bedroom and the adjacent guest bedroom and affords guests a stunning view over the pool and the beach - perfect for watching the glorious Caribbean sunsets each evening.
In addition, there is a pool-side playroom with HiFi equipment and Cable TV which is also available in the master bedroom.
This villa is let complete with all equipment and utilities and is run by excellent staff.
Staff: While staying at New Mansion you will be personally cared for by our staff. Edward our butler and chef is a fount of local information and an accomplished chef serving a wide variety of delicious local cuisine. You will also have a housekeeper and laundress on hand 6 days per week.

Super convenient beachfront villa on Payne's Bay
New Mansion is all that a family will need; comfortable parents and kids rooms with bathrooms, beachfront on the stunning Paynes Beach, relaxing terrasse and pool area, and great service.. what else would you need for a memorable family vacation at beautiful Barbados?
Excellent Vacation
We had an excellent vacation at New Mansion. The location is unbeatable. It's really spacious and was perfect for our family. We also loved Paynes Bay. Great for swimming and watersports and also loved the fact we could walk along the beach to several of the island's great restaurants. Yvonne and Rowena from Exceptional Villas were really professional and responsive. They are our go to vacation rental company for sure.

Beautiful and exquisitely appointed home- staff were top notch
Julie, Just a quick note to let you know just how pleased our little group was, with the lovely house in Barbados! What a beautiful and exquisitely appointed home - every space was unique and so elegant. We spent every early morning on the terrace with a pot of tea and listening to the birds and every evening having a rum something or other and listening to the tree frogs. The memories are ours for a lifetime and our daughter felt so special, she couldn't stop thanking us for the incredible week. We arranged tours with Sandy, the property manager (she was very accommodating and did a superb job). The tour of the St. Nicholas Abbey was so wonderful that when we arrived back at New Mansion, we called Sandy to arrange a delivery of 2 very special bottles of rum as mementos of the visit - and they were personally delivered by the Owner, Mrs. Warren! What an amazing place, Barbados! The staff, Sherry, Andrea and Rachel were top notch. We had many delicious meals so lovingly prepared by Sherry, always with a smile and a song. Andrea kept things humming along and was so easy to talk to. And Rachel moved silently through the house picking up and arranging our rooms. The transfer back to the airport at 4:30 was excellent and he was early so I didn't stress about missing a flight, although I would have rather stayed to be perfectly honest. If there is a way to thank the Owner, Mrs. Sleschinger (spelling?) for the lovely flowers for Erin, I would like to pass that thought on please. What a surprise and what a beautiful way to honor her. It was so appreciated. Again, thank you for your patience with me as my schedule this spring has been so hectic I didn't always get back to you promptly. My second expert review on New Mansion! I re-visited with a colleague in Oct 2018 and we both loved it! Its a fantastic beach villa -Older style but meticulously kept. Suiting families, couples, groups of friends who love being right be the sea will LOVE New Mansion.
Paynes Bay beach is better than ever.
Sherry & Andrea give all guests such a warm welcome & take great care of them.
Good to know just ceiling fans in the living area - fantastic with all the doors open to get the cooling breeze. There's a little kitchenette in the Master bedroom for an early morning coffee! All bedrooms are upstairs. There's a treadmill for the energetic in the airconditioned media room.
I'd highly recommend this villa.

I really loved this villa, it ticks all the boxes..super location right on Paynes Bay, private villa with a lovely pool & garden and great staff to take care of guests. I particularly loved the views from the terrace off the Master bedroom. Just breathtaking. Great space to entertain, dine & relax outdoors also.
